Love Is Patient Card with Reneabouquets and Rubbernecker Stamps

I am back again this morning with a card I made for Rubbernecker Stamps Sweet Sunday Team insperation. I used the Love Is stamp on my card. This is one of my favorite scriptures!

I used LOTS of goodies from Reneabouquets to decorate the card.

Each embellishment is attached with hot glue. I love to use hot glue on my cards because it drys super fast.

Beautiful Board Sweet Tweets is a new piece in the Beautiful Board Section at Reneqbouquets. I absolutely adore this piece! It goes perfectly with the tiny bird nest from Prima.

Christmas Themed Tissue Box Cover with The Cutting Cafe

Hi everyone! This time of year we all have tissue boxes around the ous. Probably several tissue boxes. Well, why not make cute covers to go along with the season or your holiday decor?

That is what we are doing this week at The Cutting Cafe. The design team is making Christmas themed Tissue Box Covers.

Anyhow, here is the one that I made for this assignment.

I love that I can make a Tissue Box Cover for every holiday/occasion.

Reneabouquets Shabby Chic Christmas Tree

Good morning! My Aunt recently gave me some old Christmas decorations. In them was a plastic cone. Immediately, I thought of a Christmas tree. What could be better than a Christmas tree?  A Shabby Chic Christmas tree of course!

And the perfect place to get all of your Shabby Christmas tree decorations? Reneabouquets! The Beautiful Bits - Shabby Hearts and Beautiful Bits - Stars make perfect ornaments.

I used four of the beautiful laces that Reneabouquets carries and layered the plastic cone with them.

I had to add a couple Shabby Pink Roses Glitter Glass Butterflies and Sweet Pea Glitter Glass Butterflies butterflies too. They were the perfect finishing touch.

My six year old told me that my tree didn't look like a Christmas tree at all. "Maybe a Valentine's tree" she said.

Either way, I love how it turned out.

Thank you so much for stopping by! Have a craftastic day!

Happy Fall Scene Card with The Cutting Cafe

Hello crafty friends! This week at The Cutting Cafe we are playing with Scene cards. We got to choose from the Welcome To The Neighborhood Scene Card and the Happy Fall Scene Card

I chose to work with the Happy Fall Scene Card. I love this old truck that comes with the file!

The Happy Fall Scene Card also comes with the pumpkins, leaves, tree and hay bail.
I used my Cricut Maker to cut out the truck and the accessories. I have always been a Cricut girl, but I have to tell you that the Maker is my favorite machine yet! It cuts like butter!

I used some old buttons in my stash for the hub caps.

This card was a lot of fun to make. I love how it turned out.
Thank you for stopping by. Be sure to stop by The Cutting Cafe to check out the projects from the rest of the DT. If you leave a comment on the DT inspirational post you will be entered in a chance to win 3 free files of your choice.

See you again soon!

The little deer that comes in the Vintage Reindeer Tag Set is adorable! I love the added touches of glitter. The set comes with 3 of these adorable deer in it.

I laid the little deer down on cheesecloth. It made me think of him laying on a little bed of snow.

I used two of the beautiful flower sets that Reneabouquets carries...the Vintage Red Mulberry Paper Roses and Gardenias and the Mini True Red Mulberry Paper Roses and Leaves SetBoth of these sets are just gorgeous and perfect for any Christmas themed project.

And then we have this beautiful Glistening Red Snowflake Butterfly. Even it's name is perfect for Christmas! Renea's butterflies are so gorgeous and full of so much detail. I think every project needs to have one!

Rubbernecker Halloween Card 2017

Happy Halloween!! I am super excited for Halloween this year. It is warmer than it ever has been (since we moved to Alaska, 8 years ago) for Halloween. That mean that when we take the littes out Trick or Treating, I will not freeze my hind end off. The low is 34 degrees and the high will be in the mid 40's. I know some of you are probably thinking that I am crazy to be excited for temps like this, but it is MUCH better than going out in negative temps!

Today's card is another card made from RUBBERNECKER STAMPS. This adorable candy corn is from the CORNY SET. I just love him! I suppose you could even make the candy corn a her. Just put a little bow on it's head. How cute would that be?!?!

I colored the CANDY CORN with Copic markers.

White: C00, C2, C4
Yellow: Y19, Y11, Y0000
Orange: YR15, YR09, E18
Pink: R20, R30

The CANDY CORN  ribbon I have had in my stash for years. Once I looked at the ribbon, I realized I colored the CANDY CORN wrong. It's still adorable, so I'm good with it =)

The sentiment is also from RUBBERNECKER STAMPS, it is HAPPY HALLOWEEN 1 931

Check out what the rest of the crew made up for Halloween on the RUBBERNECKER BLOG.

Thank you all for stopping by. The Rubbernecker crew and I hope you have a safe and happy Halloween!

Rubbernecker Fall Scene Card

Good Monday morning! We are having a bunch of warm days here in AK. It makes me feel like we are at home (Washington State). Just to clarify, warm means in the 50's. Usually at this time of year we are in the 20's - 30's. Sometimes snow, usually windy.

Anyway, since it's feeling like Fall, I made a Fall Scene Card with the Rubbernecker stamp set 3014 Fall Master. I have used the Fall Master stamp set can find that project HERE. I love that you can use the same stamp set to create so many different cards.

I liked this scene so much that I decided I would keep the card simple.

Looking at it, really makes me want to be sitting under that big tree reading a book and enjoying the quiet sounds around me.

There is still time to enter the Rubbernecker Challenge! The Challenge ends Nov 5th. The theme is Copper & Gold. Visit the Rubbernecker Blog for more details.

Thank you so much for stopping by today! Hope you all have a craftastic day!

Skull Cards with The Cutting Cafe

Happy Saturday everyone! I think Saturday is my favorite day of the week. I usually get caught up on house work, have a little crafting time and still have some time left for family.

This weekend, I have the cutest Skull Shaped Cards to share with you.

The Skull Shaped Card file is one of many Halloween files from The Cutting Cafe.

My six year old was not happy that I made the red and white Skull Shaped Card into a girl. She thought it would make a much better boy Skull Shaped Card. I think that both the pink and the red look perfect all girly =)

I love working with files from The Cutting Cafe. They are the kind of files that kinda just fall together.

Thank you so much for stopping by today. Make sure you pop on over to The Cutting Cafe to see what the rest of the DT came up with this week. If you leave a comment on the inspirational post, you will be entered in a chance to win 3 free files of your choice.

Rubbernecker Fall Master Clear Stamp Set

Good morning craft friends! Today I have something a little different to share with you. A masculine card! I don't often make these. Masculine cards are much harder for me than pretty girly cards.

This one, however, was super easy.

I colored the truck stamp in the Rubbernecker Stamp set, 3014 KKCS Fall Master. This is the first time that I have ever colored a vehicle. As I colored this truck, it made me think of my Dad. He loved old cars and trucks. He could tell you the year, make and model of any car that drove by. He would have loved to have received a card with this truck on it.

I colored the truck stamp with Copic markers.

Blue: B99, B97, B95, B93
Rust: E09, YR02, Colorless Blender
Black: C10, C7, C4
Gray: C1, C3

I love this truck stamp! I think the next time I color it, I will do a scene. Rubbernecker Stamps really has great stamp sets to make scenes with.

Thanks for stopping by today. Hop on over to the Rubbernecker Blog to check out this weeks challenge.

See you again soon!
